Refund policy
Returns
All Sales are Final. Returns accepted for unused damaged items in original packaging with proof of purchase only. Additional shipping costs may be required.
Non-returnable items:

- Custom Orders
- Private Label Orders
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or is defective please send us an email at info@repourd.com with pictures and an explanation of the damage or defect. Once your return is approved send your item to:

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend adding tracking to your returned item. Repour'd Candle Factory is not responsible for lost packages.
